The Fangshi Xingyu was really smooth and buttery. Its good if you like loose and quiet cubes, my only problem is sometimes its easy to overshoot and its not completely stable, but overall I love this cube (I get sub 5 with it) and will continue using it.

I had pretty high hopes for this cube as the predecessor of the ShiShuang, and my high hopes were met. After tensioning it to my liking after my first turns, it was smooth and extremely fast (like every other Fangshi puzzle) but had a sandy feel. The corner cutting was also terrible, even on my loose tensions, as I couldn't even cut 45 degrees with big force. I then proceeded to take the puzzle apart and after reassembling, the puzzle magicallly started to perform much better. Using Weight 1 lube also gave it a good speed boost, but the corner cutting is still not on par with my broken-in WitTwo. Overall, pretty good cube, but the corner cutting could be better. I recommend taking the puzzle apart and reassembling to achieve best results.

This cube has a really nice feel but you can't exicute any algs or anything with this cube because it's so catchy and locks so much! It's an ok cube but it can't compare to the Dayan or even the moyu 2x2
