I am far from an active clock solver, but even I can tell that this is miles ahead of any Lingao or Rubik's. The build quality is very good; in contrast to the paper inserts in other clocks, this has dials and hands built into the plastic. The case of my old lingao snapped when I was trying to open it to set it up, but you won't have to deal with that here because you can open the case by unscrewing the screws. I haven't set it up yet, but as it is, out of the box its very usable.
The colors are amazing and the black and white contrast look really good. The pins are are nice and clicky, and the wheels are all magnetic and the turning is really smooth. Unfortunately, unlike the octagonal Angstrom Clock, it's rounded, like most clocks, and doesn't stand up all nice and stable.
Regardless, it's an amazing clock; fully recommended.
