The unboxing experience is great. You just pull on the hole cutout, and it opens. Out of the box, the cube isn't the best. It's oddly bumpy, and honestly I was a bit disappointed. But after just a couple solves, it has massively improved. It's a great upgrade from my old ShengShou. I'm not that good at megaminx, but even so, I feel like the upgrade really helped me improve. It's just so much more enjoyable to solve on than my old cube.

I really like this cube a lot. Its size is the first good thing about it so far. It is so much smaller than the v1 which makes it a lot easier to hold in your hands and do algs on. Also, the magnet strength is super nice, more-so on the strong side I'd say, but it makes the cube super stable. I still need to break it in as I've gotten it today, but it is my main without a doubt and is a super nice cube. I'd recommend for anyone who likes megaminx!

Very good for its price
The megaminx comes a bit slow, but broke in pretty well, and after loosening it, its fast and stable. The corner cutting is excellent, and it's well priced.

This cube is amazing
The magnets help with stability on a crazy level. I had the problem where another layer was moving when I get as turning one layer and now this doesn't happen. Even the normal v2 is better because of the smaller size and curved faces. And adding magnets, makes this cube a god

Amazing, Would still but if it were 60$
This cube takes the insanely almost perfect galaxy megaminx and turns it into a perfect megaminx. The size feels weird for the first few solves but it quickly turns into an amazing feeling. The piece design is much better, creating a crunchier and lighter feel. The magnets might be a tiny bit too strong at first, but it gets better. This review is too long so I’ll just end with, totally buy it if you have the money.

When getting this cube, I did not expect a lot. But out of the box this cube was pretty much ready to go. I replaced the white side with the black tiles and while I did that I added Dignitas and 30k, keeping thr factory lube in this puzzle. This megaminx is very fast after lubing. However, because I have big hands the size may be uncomfortable. This will be my main until I can somehow get a Galaxy sculpted v1 M.

This is a fantastic Megaminx. It is a more stable version of the Galaxy v2, which was the intent. Unlike many other mass-produced magnetic puzzles, the magnets are fairly strong. Personally, I would have preferred very slightly weaker magnets, but I also don't have a problem with how they are. The strength just makes it slightly more tiring to do many solves in a row compared to a non-magnetic puzzle or a puzzle with weaker magnets. Out of the box, it was very tight and dry. After adding a variety of lubes and loosening the tensions, it became excellent. Unfortunately, mine came with a bent screw, which inhibited the turning on one face. For the time being, I just swapped it out for a screw from my normal v2, but I am going to get a replacement in the near future. Additionally, it is somewhat difficult to get all of the sides tensioned evenly, but it just takes time to get it right. Something else to note is that the black pieces do not arrive magnetized, but there are spare magnets for the buyer to install. The mold was also altered slightly to allow for grooves to put the magnets in, making installation much easier. Overall, this is a great Megaminx, and it is unbeatable for the price. I would strongly recommend picking one of these up. You will almost definitely not be disappointed.
