This cube is decent. It got me a 16.52 official OH average which is still my PB. I would reccomend it if you need a good OH main.

Yan 3 - Decent Cube Good Price
The Yan 3 is a reasonably stable and controllable cube. It isn't overly fast or slow, but often times I find it not retaining cube shape all that well. I will be putting magnets into this and trying to speed it up in hopes of it becoming my new main.

Amazing From The Box and Even Better With Magnets!
This was an instant main out of the box over my Guoguan YueXiao. It feels very similar to it but locks up way less. I magnetized it with N35s and broke my PB avg ON MY FIRST 5 SOLVES! Then eventually broke my official average at Nats.

Good Performance for a Cheap Price!
This cube served as my main for several months. It competes with more expensive 3x3s in corner cutting and overall performance. Out of the box it is very sandy and dry, but after lubing with any fast lube it becomes one of the smoothest 3x3s i have ever felt.

Great 3X3 at a great price!
First off a big positive review for CubeDepot for their great price and fast shipping!! Now for the cube. I bought the black version and out the box the cube has a mildly sandy yet smooth feel. The sound is clacky/boxy almost woody to a certain degree but very satisfying to solve. The cube does tend to catch a bit, but I do think it has some to do with my turning style. I intend to magnetize and think it's going to turn out great....can't wait. Overall solid feel and performance.

The Yan3 is essentially a Guoguan YueXiao with a further refined mechanism that makes it lock up a bit less.
So if you liked the YueXiao this is definitely an upgrade!

Out of the box is was loud and crunchy. It had a nice light feel. I broke it in and then put lube in it, it was so much faster and quieter. The corner cutting is insane but there is a spot where it can't. In my opinion it bet the Moyu Weilong Gts, Qiyi Valk 3 and Gans 356 Air. Only cons are the lock ups where it can turn out bad, but not pop.

I used it as my main until I got a GTS but made as my backup main

This cube is very durable and has a slightly lighter and hallow feeling compared to the GTS. It is not my main, but it is a good deal for the price.

This is the YanCheng YAN3. YanCheng is a sub-brand of Moyu. Stickers are stock Moyu shades which contrast well and are thick for durability. Turning is awesome! The turning is like the GuoGuan YueXiao but smoother. It's super smooth and fast, it's faster when you apply some lube on the pieces. The Segmental friction surface design on center and edge pieces makes a larger inner friction surface and smaller outer friction surface. Inner friction surface provides a good stability, outer big round increases the corner-cutting. Corner cutting is over 45 degrees and reverse is about line to line. There are no catching issues on this cube. Most people say that squared off corners cause catching issues but i kinda disagree with this cube. My tensions are pretty even on this puzzle and if your tensions are even and almost "perfect" i can almost guarantee you that the catching issue will be no more! Pops never happen on this cube! What cube pops these day? Overall, this cube is awesome! I love the stickers, turning, and the overall design of the puzzle! For $11.50, you get a cube with such high performance which is great!
